“TECHCOM ” companies group includes also “Morgidroproect” (to be referred to as “institute” hereinafter) design/engineering institute having as a background former USSR Navy`s “Voenmorproect” (“VMP-30” in abbreviated form) design/engineering entity being responsible in past for design of Black Sea Navy`s all coastal infrastructures).

“Morgidroproect`s ” top priority specialization is various hydro engineering facilities design elaboration namely: berths, quays, terminals, naval bases, commercial seaports, yacht marines as well as shore protection structures, etc.

The institute is granted with respective license of Ukrainian Government to undertake all jobs listed above and is ready to sign related contracts with any customer.
The institute implements modern IT technologies, corresponding engineering CAD/CAM/CAE systems allowing to increase projects quality with lead time cut down, as well as employs skilled & experienced staff. The institute had realized wide range of designs without any claims from the customers.
Our fully completed hydro engineering projects are listed below:
- Tusla Island (close to Kerch strait) coastline protection structures contracted by Ukrainian Government;
- deep sea oil products marine terminal granted by “Yugtorsan” Joint Stock Co, at “Kamyshovaya” bay, Sevastopol outskirts, Crimea;
- “Balaklava” bay (Sevastopol outskirts), embankment reconstruction & beautification, Crimea;
- cross bay municipal natural gas pipeline tracing at Sevastopol bay, contracted by Ukrainian “UkrNiiproject” design institute;
- pump station No.3 renovation of the Sevastopol community water supply company.
